I make these a lot. Only for me. No toppings or dips. I love the crispness. Nobody in my household likes crispy issues. I have extra sliced environmentally friendly onions to the rice just before I flatten it. Wonderful taste.
Push Position a sheet of baking/parchment paper on the 20cm/8" sq. pan. Scrape sizzling rice into the pan and distribute evenly. Protect with An additional bit of paper and press in really firmly.
